The purchase of an apartment in the residential complex Oliva Village by installments is a convenient and reliable way to purchase real estate. Only three steps:
⦁ You need to make a down payment - 30% of the cost of your apartment. Upon making the first installment, a contract of sale of real estate is drawn up and the buyer receives the keys to his apartment in Montenegro and can already begin repair and other work in it.
⦁ Installment of the remaining amount (70%) is possible for a period of up to a maximum of 3 years - with an interest rate of 4% per annum. You will be able to vary your payments, that is, you will be able to make some amount convenient for you both monthly, and once a quarter or once every six months.
⦁ Upon completion of payment of the full amount of the value of real estate, the buyer receives a full package of documents for housing.
