Ready real estate and apartments in Montenegro are cheap and affordable

To buy an apartments and real estate both residential and commercial, and land property are the legal and natural persons who are residents of the country or foreign residents (in accordance with the Law "On foreign investments"). Taxes and fees

Every year, paid the property taxes, the amount of which depends on the location of the object, distance from the sea, and the total area belonging to the primary or secondary housing market. The apartment in Montenegro, the prices of which can vary, is paid according to the agreement in several stages:

1. According to the custom of the business turnover in the preliminary signing of the contract to be paid a 10% deposit.
2. After fully payment for the object the price is not negotiable, the buyer receives a "Property Sheet" (similar to "Statement on the registered rights"), which establishes the rights to personal ownership of an apartment.

Note: if the buyer refuses the deal, he loses a deposit; if the seller refuses the deal, he must return the deposit in double.

The duration of the registration procedure

The procedure of registration when you purchase a finished apartment lasts about two months. You can make a registration of transfer of ownership within 7 days, in accordance with “The Law about the property transfer”.

First, the right of ownership is stipulated in the agreement of purchase and sale. Then you will receive from the notary a copy of the "Property Sheet" which spells out the details of the new owner.
